Dr. Albert Plugge MBT

is an associate director, IT Sourcing department in Finance & Business Services at KPMG. He is responsible for the design and implementation of IT (multi)sourcing arrangements at clients and service providers, both within the Netherlands and internationally. Part of these assignments are the design and implementation of Demand and Supply Management, the setting up of IT governance processes and improving the performance of IT delivery departments. Besides his work at KPMG, he is a Senior Research Fellow at Delft University of Technology, where he conducts research suties internationally in the field of IT (out)sourcing and governance. He publishes regularly in scientific journals and professional sourcing magazines. Furthermore, he lectures at Delft University on IT sourcing and the design of supply chains.
