Ir. M. Boute
is a manager at KPMG Management Consulting. He has over 8 years of experience with the deployment of large scale organizational change programs in various sectors. His expertise is in the translation of the strategic goals into daily practice and in connecting/aligning the various functions within organizations. Before joining KPMG, he worked as a continuous improvement manager at a large international food manufacturing corporation, was involved in a wide range of supply chain and lean deployments in Europe and led a large variety of improvement events. He started his career at a vegetable oils manufacturing site where he fulfilled several line positions.
