Dr. Albert Plugge MBT
is a senior manager within the sourcing unit KPMG Advisory. He is responsible for the design and implementation of Shared Service Centers and redesigning of IT service provider organizations. Part of these assignments are the design and implementation of Demand and Supply Management, the setting up of IT governance processes and improving the performance of IT delivery departments. Besides his work at KPMG, he is a Senior Research Fellow at Delft University of Technology, where he conducts research internationally in the field of IT outsourcing. Furthermore, he regularly organizes lectures, both at Delft University, as well as at the Nyenrode Business University and the University of Tilburg.
